Nokia launched C Series Dual SIM mobiles last year especially for targeting the audiences in developing countries. One of the models is Nokia C1-00 and the other is Nokia C2-00. There are specific features unique to each set of the Nokia C Series models.
In Nokia C1-00, the pixel display is 1.8” 128 x 160. There is also no data connectivity. There are two internal SIM slots and users can interchange their SIM’s through the menu. However, simultaneously both SIMs cannot be activated. But in Nokia C2-00, this feature is available, where a user can avail both SIM’s at the same time. Hence, Nokia C1-00 has “double SIM”, whereas Nokia C2-00 has “dual SIM” options. Both are available in four different colours. Nokia C1-00 and Nokia C2-00 cost around PKR 2,425 and PKR 5,200 respectively.
The best feature about Nokia C1-00 for those who are in need of using a mobile a lot, and therefore their batteries are often low, is that it has battery time of over 48 days, which is the longest standby time for a Nokia phone ever. Besides this, Nokia C1-00 has 12 hours of talk time, memory of 500 phone book entries and 250 text messages.
Also it has a powerful flashlight, which works in handy when there is a power cut. It has 3.5 mm headphone jack and FM radio, and uses Symbian Series 20 interface. The batter life in Nokia C2-00 is of 16 days and has 4 hours of talk time. It also has VGA camera, GPRS, Bluetooth, FM Radio, 3.5 mm audio jack, MP3 player, Micro SD slot and supports up to 32 GB memory card.
